The Telephone Technician assists with the maintenance, programming and operation of the Nortel Meridian 61C digital exchange, the EXACOM call accounting system. The position has responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the three NorStar electronic key systems located off-site. The incumbent is also responsible for the telephone systems (equipment, wiring, infrastructure, etc.) at the Consulate and associated properties in Casablanca. The position is responsible for the radio program and its associated equipment.
